一般自我效能感量表

一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,简称 GSES),最早的德文版系由德国柏林自由大学的著名临床和健康心理学家Ralf Schwarzer教授和他的同事于1981年编制完成[1],开始时共有20个项目,后来改进为10个项目。中文版的GSES最早由张建新和Schwarzer于1995年在香港的一年级大学生中使用[2],后由王才康等人于2001年翻译修订[3]。
理论背景
自我效能是指个人相信他们具有通过自己的行动使事情发生的能力。一般自我效能感作为一种稳定的个性特质, 是个体应对、处理新的或困难情境的一种总体性自信程度。
量表简介
GSES共10个项目,涉及个体遇到挫折或困难时的自信心。比如“遇到困难时,我总是能找到解决问题的办法”。GSES采用李克特4点量表形式,各项目均为1~4评分。对每个项目,被试根据自己的实际情况回答“完全不正确”、“有点正确”、“多数正确”或“完全正确”。评分时,“完全不正确”记1分,“有点正确”记2分,“多数正确”记3分,“完全正确”记4分。
