父亲在位问卷（Father Presence Questionnaire，简称 FPQ）是Krampe和Newton于2006年编制的，用于测量成年子女（18岁及18岁以上）对其父亲的感知和体验[1]。
中文版由蒲少华等人于2012年修订。
