愤怒反刍思维量表
愤怒反刍思维量表(Anger Rumination Scale,简称 ARS),又称愤怒沉浸问卷,是由Sukhodolsky等人于2001年编制,用于测量愤怒反刍思维的工具,即评估个体被激怒后伴随着愤怒情绪出现的认知过程, 如对愤怒情绪的注意, 愤怒情节的回想, 引发愤怒体验的原因思考及可能后果的推测等。[1]。
中文版由罗亚莉等人于2017年修订[2]。

ARS为自评量表,共19题,分为事后愤怒、愤怒记忆、报复想法、理解原因4个维度,采用4点计分。
