失去控制进食量表
失去控制进食量表(loss of control over eating scale,简称 LOCES)是由Latner等人于2014年编制的,用于评估饮食失控问题[1]。
中文版由何金波等人于2021年翻译[2]。
量表英文版
1. l felt I had lost contol over eating
2. I continued to eat past the point when l wanted to stop
3. l ate until l was uncomfortably full
4. l kept eating even though l was no longer hungry
5. l felt like I had "blown it" and might as well keep eating
6. I found myself eating despite negative consequences
7. l felt helpless about contolling my eating
