多维完美主义问卷Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale,简称 MPS)是Hewitt和Flett于1991年编制的,[1]

MPS为自评量表,共45题,包含自我取向、他人取向和社会取向三个维度,采用李克特7点计分。

Listed below are a number of statements concerning personal characteristics and traits. Read each item and decide whether you agree or disagree and to what extent.

  • If you strongly agree, circle 7;
  • if you strongly disagree, circle 1;
  • if you feel somewhere in between, circle any one of the numbers between 1 and 7.
  • If you feel neutral and undecided the midpoint is 4.


1. When I am working on something, I cannot relax until it is perfect

2. I am not likely to criticize someone for giving up too easily

3. It is not important that the people I am close to are successful

4. I seldom criticize my friends for accepting second best

5. I find it difficult to meet others’ expectations of me

6. One of my goals is to be perfect in everything I do

33. Although they may not show it, other people get very upset with me when I slip up

To score the MPS, first, the following items should be reversed: 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 19, 21, 24, 30, 34, 36, 37, 38, 43, 44, 45

The self-oriented perfectionism subscale is scored by summing: 1, 6, 8, 12,14,15,17 20, 23, 28, 32, 34, 36, 40, 42

The other-oriented perfectionism subscale is scored by summing: 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 16, 19, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 38, 43, 45

The socially prescribed perfectionism subscale is scored by summing: 5, 9, 11, 13, 18, 21, 25, 30, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41, 44
