偶像崇拜量表（Celebrity Attitude Scale，简称 CAS）是McCutcheon等人于2002年设计编制的，它是由Celebrity Worship Scale（CWS）修订演变而来，用于客观评估个人对偶像的兴趣或痴迷程度。有 22 项、23 项和 34 项版本，每个版本都探讨受访者对他们最喜欢的名人的态度，包括娱乐社交、 强烈个人感觉和病理边缘三个维度，采用 likert 五级评分，由被试根据条目所描述的情况与自己的实际进行比较。

偶像崇拜量表( CAS) 中文版由彭文波等人修订，条目为27个，得出五个维度分别命名为：“娱乐社交”、“情感投射”、“完全认同”、“关系幻想”、“病理边缘”。
