伯克利情绪表达量表
伯克利情绪表达量表(Berkeley Expressivity Questionnaire,简称 BEQ)是由Gross和John于1995年编制,旨在评估情绪反应倾向的强度以及这些行为冲动的表达程度[1]。

BEQ为自评量表,共16个项目,包括正性情绪表达、负性情绪表达和情绪表达强度3个维度。7点计分,得分越高表明情绪表达能力越强。
